Undergraduate Opportunities at Magna Carta College

This September, Magna Carta College will be opening the doors to Undergraduate students by launching a BA (Hons) in Business Studies. The programme will have the same high quality teaching as our Masters courses, and offer the same level of support that we currently provide for our Postgraduate students.  As a private college, our smaller size allows us to focus on the individual needs of each student, and the Undergraduate programme will be no different.

The course will be taught in a modular format; each module will be taught over a period of 7 days. Teaching and learning will be delivered through lectures, seminars, tutorials, guided independent study and a variety of assessments, including examination. A BA (Hons) degree is equivalent to 360 credits, 120 of each in 3 progressively challenging years. All modules (15) have an equal credit rating of 20 credits followed by a dissertation of 60 credits. The course structure is based on 2 terms (15 weeks each) of study each Year (Term 1 & 2).

The fees for the Undergraduate course will be £3000, and local students have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship of £500 depending on their academic achievements. With the rise in University tuition fees, we are offering an affordable alternative with the same quality teaching you would expect at a State University.

The launch of the Undergraduate Programme is an exciting time for Magna Carta College. Our vision is to become a leading school providing Business and Management studies, and the launch of our undergraduate programme is a huge step forward. We look forward to welcoming our new students to the college this September.
