The programme is in general intended as a one-year programme. Arrangements will be made however for any part-time students to be able to complete the programme over two years. As required for Masters programmes, the Masters in Business Information Management will have 1,800 hours of study in a variety of for MSc including self-study reading and assignment preparation. Please note that the number of electives offered may vary year-to-year depending on factors such as level of student demand. All students are also required to take a course in research methodology, a pass in which is a condition for being allowed to proceed to the dissertation. This course counts for 20 credits. The third part of the programme is a dissertation on an international topic. Its length shall not exceed 20,000 words This will be allocated 60 credits, making 180 in total. University of Wales regulations concerning marking schemes will be adhered to.
